Submissions

Submission is now closed.

Submission will take the form of 2-page extended abstracts. Paper can be either related to the CHiME-4 challenge or to the workshop's theme, Speech Processing in Everyday Environments.

Please use the following LaTeX template for extended abstracts.

To submit, click here. The deadline for submission is 19th August midnight Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

Full papers (2 to 6 pages) will be due after the workshop for publication in the ISCA archive. The proceedings will be registered (ISBN) and indexed (by Thomson-Reuters and Elsevier).

Important notes for CHiME-4 challenge papers

  • Submission to the challenge show focus on providing a technical description of the system and the corresponding results.
  • Please check that your abstract clearly reports results using the official training and test sets described on the instructions page. Additional results are also welcome.
  • Participants must submit the ASR transcripts corresponding to their official results by emailing them to chimechallenge@gmail.com on or before the submission deadline.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed to ensure that the challenge instructions are fulfilled and that sufficient information is provided about the tested techniques.
